2. Operation steps:

2. Turn on the power switch. At this time, the cycle indicator lights up and the motor runs. The intelligent controller PV screen should display the measured temperature in the working room. The SV screen should display the set temperature to be used. At this point, the incubator is in working condition.
Note: If the timing function is not used, the SV screen must be displayed as “0†when the “ST†character is displayed on the PV screen.

Precautions:
1. During the handling of the incubator, it is forbidden to invert or tilt more than 45°.
2. After the equipment is grounded, if the ground is uneven, it should be leveled, and the space around the equipment should be more than 30 cm. If the equipment is used at an ambient temperature of 30 ° C or higher, it is recommended to properly improve the environmental conditions (for example, adding ventilation to the back of the equipment or transferring the equipment to an air-conditioned environment) to prevent the compressor from overheating. 3. When the equipment is in normal operation, the contents of the box should not be over-squeezed, and the air circulation inside the box should not be affected to ensure the temperature inside the box is even.
4. The device should be kept away from electromagnetic interference sources and the ground wire of the device should be effectively grounded.
5. When the temperature of the incubator studio is close to the set temperature, the heating indicator light flashes and dims, repeated many times, which is a normal phenomenon. Under normal circumstances, the temperature in the working chamber enters a constant temperature state about 30 minutes after the measured temperature reaches the control temperature.
6. If the equipment is continuously operated for a period of time in the cooling state, the cooling effect is not satisfactory (slow cooling or static difference), which may be caused by frosting of the evaporator. At this time, take out the contents of the box, set the set temperature to 40 ° C, run it for about 200 minutes at regular intervals, and then put it into normal use (usually 10-15 days for continuous operation, the above operation must be done once).
7. When there is no need for lighting in the box, the lighting should be turned off to avoid affecting the upper layer temperature and prolong the service life of the lamp.
8. The wall of the tank wall and the surface of the equipment should be wiped frequently to keep it clean and increase the transparency of the glass. Do not wipe the outer surface with acid, alkali or other corrosive solutions.
9. If the equipment is not used for a long time, the power cord should be removed and the water in the box should be wiped clean. And run regularly (three months) for 5 hours, set the temperature at 40 ° C, and open the door every two hours to release the moisture, after the treatment is completed, dial the power plug to store. To remove moisture from electrical components and to avoid damage to the device.
