Abstract : The bottle cap locking and opening torque value of bottled cosmetics and other container products is one of the process parameters of the production unit offline or online key control. Whether the torque value is appropriate or not has a great influence on the intermediate transportation of the product and the consumption of the final product. This paper introduces the testing process and principle of the Labthink NJY-20 torque meter to test the opening torque value of bottled cosmetic caps, and provides an example reference for the production quality control process for the cosmetics industry. (4) According to the above procedure, test the remaining 2 samples in sequence.
