Plunger valve

Performance and features:
The plunger valve is composed of a valve body, a valve cover, a valve stem, a plunger, a hole frame, a dense ring, a hand wheel and the like (as shown in the figure). When the hand wheel rotates, the valve rod drives the plunger to reciprocate up and down in the middle of the hole frame to complete the opening and closing function of the valve.
In the valve, the plunger and the sealing ring adopt an interference fit. By adjusting the flange bolt in the gland, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring is sealed with the hole surface of the valve body and the outer circumference of the plunger, thereby ensuring the valve. The sealing function eliminates the internal leakage and the valve opening moment is small, which can realize the rapid opening and closing of the valve.
Because the sealing ring adopts a non-toxic new sealing material with strong resilience and high wear resistance, it has long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, so the sealing performance is reliable and durable.
