1. Cellar method: Select fresh and undamaged bamboo shoots to be placed in a pit of 2-3 meters in depth. The bottom of the pit is first covered with a layer of 10 centimeters thick yellow sand soil. This method can generally keep fresh bamboo shoots for 30-40 days.

4. Sand trap method: In the room, use a brick to build a pool with a height of about 50 centimeters and a limited length and width. The bottom of the pool is 7-10 cm thick dry river sand. Then place the undamaged winter bamboo shoots upright on the sand. The gap between bamboo shoots must also be filled with river sand. The upper layer of winter bamboo shoots covers 7-10 cm thick river sand in order not to reveal the sharpness of the shoot. This method can be stored fresh bamboo shoots 40-60 days, the preservation effect is better.
