The Three-dimensional Cultivation Techniques of Northern Mushroom Semi-underground Mushroom

In North China, cottonseed husk, cotton cake and wheat bran are rich in resources, and these are the main raw materials for mushroom cultivation. Therefore, they have unique advantages and huge potential for development in the development of edible fungus industry. Agrocybe aegerita, also known as Chai Mushroom, is delicious, crisp and delicious, fragrant and odorless. The mushroom body contains 18 kinds of amino acids and various mineral elements. It is one of the delicious and rare edible mushrooms. The demonstration and promotion of cultivation of semi-basic mushroom sheds of Agrocybe aegerita was carried out in our county, and it was a success. The technical model is introduced below for reference.

First, the cultivation season

According to the climatic conditions in North China, the general arrangement of production in spring will rise above 15°C in April, and fall below 25°C in autumn.

Second, mushroom shed construction

Agrocybe more planting with a three-dimensional shelf, can be a reasonable use of space to increase the use of the area, but also reduce the management costs and ease of management. My county is planted with semi-underground mushroom house shelves. The mushroom grower is 25 meters long, 9.6 meters wide and 3.2 meters high (digging 1 to 1.5 meters depending on the local soil texture and groundwater level). A 1.5 meter wide and 1.7 meter high door is opened on both sides of the mushroom house for easy management. With ventilation. Four indoor planters are placed in the plant. The planting rack is 23 meters long, 1.2 meters wide, and 2.2 meters high. The shelf is 0.55 meters high and is divided into 4 layers. The floor of the planting floor is floor-heated to maintain proper temperature. A mushroom house can hold 45,000 to 50,000 bacteria sticks.

Third, cultivation techniques

1. Fungus bag production. The formula of culture material was 90% cotton husk, 8% wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 0.5% sugar, and 0.5% lime. According to the quantity and proportion required for production, water and spices should be added. The ratio of material to water should be about 1:1.2. Choose a 15 to 17 cm long, 35 cm wide, and 0.05 mm thick low-pressure polyethylene plastic bag. The dry weight of each bag is about 350 grams, and the wet weight is 720 to 750 grams. The material is loaded tightly and moderately. The collar is put on and the cotton is plugged in time. Plugs (which can also be tied with braided wire) are then sterilized under atmospheric pressure. When the temperature of the material drops below 30°C, it can be inoculated. The amount of inoculum is 30-40 bags per bottle, and should be protected from light after inoculation.

2. Mushroom management. About 50 days after the inoculation of Agrocybe can be mushroom. Pull out the cotton plug or cut the tie line before the fruiting, and straighten out the bags to expel the bud, so that the mycelium grows from vegetative growth into reproductive growth. During this period, the relative humidity of the air was maintained at 95% to 98%, and the water was moisturized sooner or later. The light intensity is controlled at 500-1000 lux and the temperature is controlled in the range of 18°C-24°C. After Agrocybe began mushrooming, the relative humidity in the space dropped to 90% to 95%, and the number and time of ventilation were reduced. Each mushroom bud was 6-8, when the mushroom cap of Agrocybe aegerita started flattening and the color of the cap turned dark. Reddish brown, harvested when the fungus ring does not fall off. After harvesting, the bag material surface needs to be cleaned, the bag is pinched, and the mycelial recuperation is resumed for 2 to 3 days. Then the bag opening is opened and the heavy water can be poured, and the above management is repeated. After 5 to 7 days, it can be longer. Tide mushroom, a total of 4 to 6 tidal mushrooms can be harvested.

3. Pest control. Agromyzosis major disease is atrophic disease, prevention methods: First, pay attention to strengthen ventilation, to avoid excessive humidity; Second, after opening the bag, spraying 70% thiophanate-methyl 500 times and 2% to 5% lime every 15 days Water, lime powder, when the conditions can be sprayed on the ground lime + bleach mixture; if it is found to eliminate mushrooms in time. Insect pests are mainly mushroom mosquitoes. Control methods: First, install 80 mesh screens at the vents; secondly, install indoor electronic mosquito killer lamps; and thirdly, spray the nets for 30 to 100 times once every half a month during the germination process.
