Automatic sleeve labeling machine debugging experience

Automatic sleeve labeling machine

Before commissioning, the various mechanisms of the overall machine must be observed to see if it is loose and damaged. After the overall docking, start debugging in order.

1. Start conditioning the tray loading mechanism, insert the sample, and adjust the height of the material rod so that it can block the sample without rubbing against the surface of the turntable.


2 , in the docking conveyor,

(1) Firstly connect with the feeding mechanism and conveying.

(2) Put the sample, adjust the guardrail at both ends, and then adjust the spacing between the two sides of the outlet and the upper limit. The sample can pass normally, but it can be stuck at the exit (the jig that can be transported is hooked out).

(3) Adjust the position of the electric eye, the electric eye at the upper end of the outlet should be adjusted to the out point, so that the butt conveyor can be opened all the time, so that the sample can be hooked out one by one.

3. Labeling mechanism.

(1) Set the speed of the conveyor (set in the servo drive in the electric box).

(2) Adjust the position of the radio eye to make the * fixture to the upper vacuum chuck.

(3) By adjusting the position of the jig and the position of the vacuum chuck cylinder. Within the error range, the 9 sets of fixtures (8 per group) can be aligned with the vacuum chucks (8).

(4) Adjust the position of the long cylinder and adjust the position of the clamp so that the 8 vacuum chucks can be placed in the fixture (within the error range).

(5) Adjust the air valve of the cylinder to ensure that the eight suction cups move up and down at the same time, and the speed is the same. The movement of the near and far movements will not be too large.

4, electric box mechanism (sleeve labeling machine)

(1) When the film is released, the film should be aligned with the center column, and the position of the electric eye next to it should be adjusted so that it can pull the film normally.

(2) The center column should be clamped at the same time by the lifting mechanism and the sleeve labeling mechanism to achieve three points (clamping intersection).

(3) The position of the electric eye that adjusts the distance of the cutter head, so that the sleeve labeling mechanism and the center post can just put the film on the jig. The fixture will not touch the above mechanism

5. The hair dryer outlet should be inclined.

6. The position of the photographing mechanism should be adjusted so that the label film can be properly pressed into place.

7. The temperature of the electric heat shrinking furnace mechanism should be adjusted to shrink the film to no wrinkle, and the temperature is adjusted according to the material of the film.

After zui, the whole operation is debugged when it is opened. Mainly to adjust the continuity of the body operation, and each set of fixtures labeling good or bad. If some of the sets of fixtures are not aligned with the sample, first adjust the position of the fixture, and adjust the fixture if not.

  

During the debugging process, some problems and solutions for the summary of the automatic sleeve labeling opportunities are as follows:

1. The sample cannot be slid down at the ramp position in the docking conveyor, pushing the penultimate sample from the outlet to the exit.

The solution is to move the electric eye at the exit to the conveying position, so that the belt of the docking conveying mechanism can always operate.

2, the sample can not be hooked out one by one

Solution: The reason is that the belt speed of the docking conveyor can't keep up with the conveying speed, and the belt speed of the docking conveyor can be adjusted quickly.

3. The label on the sample is not placed.

Solution:
(1) If the label on the single sample in the single group is not placed, the position of the adjustment tool is good.

(2) If the label on all the samples is offset, the position of the electric eye near the docking transport mechanism can be adjusted.

4 , the film cut out is a diagonal line

Solution: Remove the cutter head and reinstall the cutter head. The blades should be on the same level. When mounting, you can use the blade to dock with each other to see if the blades are aligned with each other when the blade is flat.

5, cut continuous film

Solution: Remove the cutter head and move the knife tip to the center. However, it cannot be moved too much to avoid damage to the inside of the cutter head when the knife rotates.

6, wrinkle when the film shrinks

Solution: increase the temperature of the shrinking furnace and turn on the fan inside.

7, delivery sometimes starts to respond

Solution: Press reset or manually return the suction cup to the clamp.

8, sample transport mechanism does not move in the butt, not moving belt

Solution: Move the electric eye at the upper end of the exit to the belt until the belt moves.

How To Test?

1. Remove one strip from the bottle and replace the cap immediately.

2. Immerse the reagent area of the strip in the urine specimen and take it out quickly.

3. Wipe off excess urine against the rim of the specimen container.

4. Read the test results carefully within 60 seconds in a good light and with the test area held near the appropriate color chart on the bottle label. Changes in color that appear only along the edges of the test pads or after moving than 2 minutes have passed are of no diagnostic significance.
