Interpretation of the US Federal Government's Medical Informatization Strategic Plan

In December 2014, ONC publicly released the US Federal Government's Medical Informatization Strategic Plan (2015-2020). This is not the first medical informationization strategic plan issued by the federal government, nor is it the ONC's own opinion. This plan is both a expectation and plan for the future development of the US HIT industry, and a review of the past development process. When the first five-year strategic plan was released in 2011, the use of electronic medical records in medical institutions was on the rise, and the implementation of the ACA bill was just getting started. Drafting background
