After the rainwater enters the cylinder through the exhaust valve, a small amount enters the oil sump through the gap between the piston ring and the inner wall of the cylinder tube, and most of it remains in the cylinder. When the piston goes up, the water is incompressible, showing a lot of resistance, similar to the phenomenon of burning tile, holding shaft, but also similar to the lack of battery power, starting motor powerless. The essence is that the resistance of water impedes the movement of the piston rod assembly. Once the water is removed, the fault is solved.

When the engine oil contains excessive water, the performance of the engine oil will decrease. Excessive moisture will reduce or even invalidate the use of some additives in the engine oil under certain conditions, which will destroy the viscosity of the engine oil and make the engine oil unable to form a good combination of friction on the movement. The lubricant film causes abnormal wear of the machinery and even mechanical failure. In general, when the engine oil contains excessive water, the engine oil will be emulsified, showing a milky white foam state. In this case, to avoid damage to the engine, we need to clean the engine and change the engine oil. In order to avoid or reduce the accumulation of water in the tank, in the season when the air humidity is high and the temperature difference between day and night is large, the fuel in the fuel tank should be filled up at night, and the wet air does not come into contact with the tank wall, and it is naturally difficult to form water droplets. In addition, the maintenance should be strengthened, and the accumulated water in the sedimentation cup in the filter should be promptly dumped to remove the rust stains and the like in the fuel tank and the filter.

After the motor has been exposed to moisture, the heat dissipation performance of the agricultural motor is reduced, causing damage to the insulation and causing a short circuit to burn out the motor. An incandescent lamp can be used to bake water and evaporate, and it can also air dry in a ventilated place. However, it should not be heated by current or baked by fire to prevent short circuits or damage to the insulation. After drying, it is necessary to use a multimeter to check the insulation properties of each winding coil. If it is found to have poor insulation, it should be overhauled.

All kinds of commonly-used agricultural implements should be first cleaned of mud and dirt in their appearance and inside the machine, and then they should be rust-removed, lubricated, repaired, and kept for their respective technologies, and the surface of unpainted paint should be rubbed with rust-proof oil. Each bearing, screw, etc., must be re-filled with lubricant. In order to prevent wood and cotton products from decaying, rainwater intrusion should be strictly prevented. It is best to remove it, wash it and dry it, and store it in a dry place. Before heavy rain, check the wear condition of the tractor tire pattern. If the wear condition is serious, replace the new tire in time to prevent the skidding in the rainy day and affect the safe exercise.
