1, raw water filtration

Raw water filtration first needs to pass through an activated carbon filter and then through microporous filtration. 2, deployment tank mixing

3, ozone sterilization

The so-called ozone sterilizer uses the strong oxidizing property of ozone to achieve sterilization. Ozone is a strong oxygen agent, its bactericidal effect is 15∽30 times higher than chlorine, and it can be used for 5∽10min at a certain concentration. Ozone can achieve sterilization degree for various fungi.

4, filling

Aseptic filling machines are widely used for aseptic packaging of fluid foods such as juices, pulps and jams. At room temperature, the product can be stored for more than one year, eliminating the cost and risk of cryogenic refrigerated transport. The aseptic filling machine is directly connected to the sterilizing machine and directly filled after sterilization.

5, packaging inspection

Packaging inspection is the inspection of commodity packaging and packaging markings in accordance with contracts, standards and other relevant regulations. The packaging inspection first checks whether the commodity packaging mark (mark, number, etc.) on the external packaging matches the trade contract. Whether the main packaging of the goods is in good condition, whether the packaging materials, packaging methods and liner trades meet the requirements of the contract. For goods damaged by external packaging, additional inspections should be carried out to find out the party responsible for the damage and the degree of damage. It is necessary to check whether the damaged product is caused by poor packaging. For the packaging inspection of commodities, in addition to the packaging materials and packaging methods must comply with the trade contract and standards, it should also check whether the inner and outer packaging of the goods are firm, complete, dry and clean, and whether it is suitable for long-distance transportation and the customary requirements for protecting the quality and quantity of goods. . The commodity inspection agency shall conduct a package inspection of imported and exported commodities, generally sampling or on-the-spot inspection, or combining weighing instruments.

6, the finished product

The finished product of the bottled water production line requires good packaging, no extrusion and damage, and the date, text, picture and barcode on the outer packaging need to be clearly visible. The finished product that has passed the inspection can be shipped out of the mineral water plant.
